Linbrook Bowling in Anaheim

Today Huell Howser did a show on the Googie Linbrook bowling alley in Anaheim CA. I think I posted a photo of that bowling alley in this blog earlier. I'm glad to hear the bowling alley is still owned by the original owners who built it in the 1950's and also that they've kept the coffee shop inside the bowling alley in it's original retro 50 condition. I also hear they have great pizza so I will have to check that out soon.

My father was an avid league bowler. I practically grew up in bowling alleys. I remember my mother had a pink bowling ball and bag.

Want to join too? Go to the code 'legendofping' and you could have the luxury of posting to all your blogs in one fell swoop like I do. Way more efficient than doing it one by one.
I'm not sure what 'ping my default' means but I guess I'll find out when I hit send.

The week sure went by quick. I had a lot more planned but didn't have the energy to do it. My hands are still sore from woodcarving, and so I've had to lay off the knitting and crocheting. I'm looking forward to the weekend. My daughter may visit. We'll see.
